A combination between Reiki Energy Healing & vibrational Tuning Forks. Elevate your vibration & clear out old beliefs, patterns and energetic or emotional blockages. Just one session can help you clear your mind, open your heart, alleviate tension, and activate the parasympathetic system for deep physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing. Allow the healing energy of Usui Holy Fire Reiki and the vibrations of the tuning forks to clear away past energy and balance your chakras (energy centers). Reiki involves light touch or energetic holding of the hands over the body. Universal life force energy is channeled from the practitioner to the recipient. Reiki helps me to find & feel the information in your energy field and then I utilize both Reiki and the tuning forks for clearing and healing. Each of the tuning forks emit a specific and audible vibration that relates to the different chakras/areas of the body. This session includes a chakra quiz to help bring clarity around which chakras may be needing some extra love and attention, a thorough verbal intake, as well as energetic and light touch, tuning forks, and work on both the front and back sides of your chakras, as well as your aura/biofield. At the end of the session, you will receive guidance on how you can continue bringing balance to any chakras that may be under or overactive. Rescheduling Policy

I completely understand that things come up and life doesn’t always go as planned! Please read our policies thoroughly prior to booking your session. •Yoga Classes/Workshops: If you should need to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your class, I kindly ask that you pay for class as space is limited. *This is done on an honor system, at your own discretion.* Payments & class pass credits are non-refundable/transferrable when cancelled within 24 hours of class. •Massage/Bodywork: An online deposit is required when booking your session. Please notify me 24 hours or more in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Your deposit is non-refundable but is transferrable for all bodywork services when used within 12 months. If you should need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your session, your deposit will be retained to offset my loss of business. In the event I need to cancel your session and rescheduling is not possible, I will refund your deposit. Thank you in advance for valuing me and my time!
