Chakra Yoga Series (8 Weeks)

Service Description

Chakra Series • 8 Weeks • $143 Weekly In Person Class • Saturdays • 9am-10:15am Begins October 15, 2022. Ends December 17, 2022. No class 11/5 and 12/3. Each week we will dive in and embrace the energy of each chakra, beginning with the root chakra and ending with the crown chakra. There are 7 main chakras within the physical body. We will kick each week off with an in-person chakra yoga practice at The Yoga Branch. Our 8th and final practice will incorporate all 7 of the primary physical chakras. You will not only learn about the chakras, you will intentionally tune into and apply each one to your life. Each weekly class will incorporate elements and energies associated with the chakra of the week. Some classes will more movement based, whereas other classes may involve restorative yoga, meditation, sound healing, or vocal toning. Throughout the week, outside of class, you will set your intention and awareness on the chakra of the week. This series includes access to a private Facebook group where you’ll find more information about the chakras and have a sacred space for reflecting, sharing, and connecting! Limited to 10 participants Payment due in full by October 8th 2022! Your full, up front payment, energetically solidifies your commitment to this beautiful practice!

Rescheduling Policy

I completely understand that things come up and life doesn’t always go as planned! Please do your best to notify me 24 hours or more in advance if you need to cancel your session. •Yoga Classes/Workshops: If you should need to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your class, I kindly ask that you pay for class as space is limited. •Massage/Bodywork: If you should need to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your session, please pay 50% of the rate of your massage to help me recover my loss as it’s unlikely that I’ll be able to fill your spot. ***This is done on an honor system, at your own discretion. Thank you in advance for valuing me and my time! Payments & class pass credits are non-refundable/transferrable when cancelled within 24 hours of class.
