Cyclical Fertility

Service Description

Wednesdays 6:30-8pm This in person offering will begin each new season and run for ~9 weeks. Each cyclical offering will be slightly different as they will incorporate the energies, qualities, and practices related to each season. Every cycle will include a special offering from a community practitioner/business that I love to work with. Join for just one cycle or continue partaking as long as you feel the desire to! Cyclical Fertility is more than a support group. It is a unique offering for growth and empowerment as you prepare to conceive with consciousness and intention. Cyclical Fertility is an invitation for you to deepen your relationship with yourself, connect and share with other hopeful mothers-to-be, practice surrendering, and cultivate a deeper sense of trust in the process of your unfolding journey. This program seeks to nurture and nourish you on your path towards becoming a mother through unconditional support, guidance, and empowering practices, tools, and resources. Whether you are experiencing unexplained infertility, secondary infertility, are currently or have gone through IUI/IVF, or you’re proactively looking for emotional, energetic, and spiritual support and healing prior to conception — this program fills a very important void that seems to be missing from our culture and society: a space for unconditional support and a spiritual, emotional and holistic approach to fertility, pre-conception, and overall health. *If you have specific questions or are curious to know more about this program or if it's right for you, please email me at: atmapremawellness@gmail.com Alexandra Strong is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Energy Healer, Yoga Teacher, and most importantly a Mother and Partner. She has prior experience as a Birth, Postpartum, and Death Doula as well as additional training in Somatic Trauma Healing. She recently completed a course and mentorship with Spiritual Fertility (book & method) author, founder, and fertility expert Dr. Julie Von. Alex has a 16 year old son and has known for a decade that she has another child wanting to join her family. This knowing has played a massive role in her journey and has inspired her to explore her inner world, relationships, and fertility more deeply. At this time in her life, she feels called to create a supportive space for women wanting to be mothers to learn, grow, heal, and expand so they can consciously call their children in from a place of wholeness and unconditional love.

Rescheduling Policy

I completely understand that things come up and life doesn’t always go as planned! Please read our policies thoroughly prior to booking your session. •Yoga Classes/Workshops: If you should need to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your class, I kindly ask that you pay for class as space is limited. *This is done on an honor system, at your own discretion.* Payments & class pass credits are non-refundable/transferrable when cancelled within 24 hours of class. •Massage/Bodywork: An online deposit is required when booking your session. Please notify me 24 hours or more in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Your deposit is non-refundable but is transferrable for all bodywork services when used within 12 months. If you should need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your session, your deposit will be retained to offset my loss of business. In the event I need to cancel your session and rescheduling is not possible, I will refund your deposit. Thank you in advance for valuing me and my time!
