For anybody needing healing, stillness, and solitude without touch. Your foot bath and BioMat will be set up when you arrive and I will just be in the other room during your private session. Enjoy a 15 minute herbal foot soak in our copper pedicure bowl, followed by 45 minutes on the Amethyst Infrared BioMat. While you are soaking your feet, you are welcome to sit quietly, read, write, draw, or sip your water or herbal tea. You will also have a warm flax neck wrap to enjoy while you soak.
