Initial Holistic Womb Massage

Service Description

Holistic Abdominal and Womb Massage is a gentle yet effective approach for those who are experiencing digestive or reproductive issues, painful or irregular menstruation, pelvic pain, fertility challenges, recovery from surgery or birth, and many other concerns. About Your Holistic Womb Massage Session: The first session includes optimal time for an initial intake and education around self massage and other self care techniques to support you when you leave your session. Follow up sessions are between 60-90 minutes depending on your needs and goals. Your session will include a warm castor oil pack over your abdomen. I will also show you how to make and apply a castor oil pack at home. While the castor oil is doing its magic, I will offer massage to any areas needing love and attention. After I remove your castor oil pack, I will follow up with more thorough work on your abdomen, followed by work on your sacrum, hips and back. You are welcome to request other areas of focus along with your Holistic Womb Massage. I will instruct you in self care techniques so you can continue to work on yourself at home between visits. Home care will greatly enhance your results. We can review self care at subsequent visits to make sure you are feeling confident in your technique. My Holistic Abdominal & Womb Massage approach is based around the various techniques I learned from Michelle Hansen of Moon Shadow Healing Arts. Michelle, a former nurse and experienced Massage Therapist, trained with Dr. Rosita Arvigo in 2008 and has been practicing abdominal therapy for over 14 years. She has successfully helped hundreds of women on their fertility and womb healing journeys. The techniques I employ are based around her wisdom, experience, and training in modalities such as The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, and Chi Nei Tsang, alongside my own wisdom, knowledge, experience and bodywork techniques. ***Price INCLUDES 7.38% Sales Tax = $16.60 Deposit & Rescheduling Policy: I completely understand that things come up and life doesn’t always go as planned! Your deposit is non-refundable but is transferrable for all bodywork services when used within 12 months. If you should need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your session, your deposit will be retained to offset my loss of business.

Rescheduling Policy

I completely understand that things come up and life doesn’t always go as planned! Please read our policies thoroughly prior to booking your session. •Yoga Classes/Workshops: If you should need to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your class, I kindly ask that you pay for class as space is limited. *This is done on an honor system, at your own discretion.* Payments & class pass credits are non-refundable/transferrable when cancelled within 24 hours of class. •Massage/Bodywork: An online deposit is required when booking your session. Please notify me 24 hours or more in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Your deposit is non-refundable but is transferrable for all bodywork services when used within 12 months. If you should need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your session, your deposit will be retained to offset my loss of business.
