PELVIC STEAMING AKA Yoni Steaming / Vaginal Steaming Pelvic steaming is the inclusive term I use because everyone can benefit from this practice. Pelvic steaming has long been practiced in various cultures all over the world. It's primary use is for postpartum healing and recovery but steaming has many other uses across various life phases, as well. Your steaming session will include a blend of organic herbs, curated specifically for your concerns or health goals. *No essential oils are ever used* After I set you up with your steam and answer any questions you may have, I will leave the room. You will have 20 uninterrupted minutes to enjoy your steam bath. During this time you are welcome to meditate, journal, draw, read, or simply enjoy the feeling of the steam while sipping on herbal tea. This is a sacred time for tuning in.
